There was a lack of professional foundations and fairness of employment in the recruitment to this company. I was contacted regarding a chit-chat and not the job offer itself. Ricardo denied conducting the phone call referring to the job offer on a specified date claiming that he only wishes to get to know me socially better. The Polish labour law prohibits misusing personal details for social purposes not regarding the employment as well posting scam job offers. It is illegal to decide about hiring someone based on social circumstances. The GDPR does not allow for social interviews to get to know somebody better. Although the job was a home office I was denied equal treatment in the recruitment process because I asked for a phone call due to not possessing a laptop. I am giving you the lowest possible mark for a blatant fraud and making the job offer depend on conducting a social interview, getting my personal data for a chit-chat unrelated to the employment and a total lack of transparency.
