You have at least three years of experience in sales, esp. B2B Software or SaaS are preferred
You work data and results driven and have a proven track record of hitting targets
You like to approach people, you are communicative and you manage to establish a good relationship quickly
Independent work, your organizational skills and a high degree of initiative are no problem for you
You can motivate yourself, are "hands-on" and know how to get the most out of your role on your own responsibility
You have Native Italian skills , good English skills and preferably other languages for example Spanish etc
You are willing to travel. Depending on your starting position, this can be 2-3 days per week, but usually much less, as we work mainly digitally based

You regularly participate in events and trade fairs
You use our CRM tool to transparently document your sales activities and efficiently organize your daily routine
You are responsible for the sales of our solution in the target segment of third-party management , commercial real estate and housing companies and report directly to our CRO
You identify decision makers at potential customers, identify their challenges and convince them of the advantages of our solution in video conferencing as well as in personal presentation meetings
You ensure that your sales pipeline is set up for three to four months in advance in such a way that you can achieve your agreed sales targets with it
