Verantwortlichkeiten
- You contribute to the AI project team’s work
- You define a concrete goal for developing & testing AI tools
- You work closely together with our Excellence.ON & Commercial Programming teams
- You drive research projects related to those tools also for your Master Thesis
- You will actively support the revolution of the way we provide transformation
- You support the Commercial Programming team which contributes to improve the business by creating customer-focused programs, developing future leaders, breaking down silos, facilitating a common language, turning strategy into action and enabling E.ON to drive the energy transition
Anforderung
- Ideally you already gained first experiences with Artificial Intelligence
- You have good Know-How on conducting applied research and scientific analysis
- You are able to communicate effectively on different levels within the organisation while exhibiting high intercultural sensibility
- You are experienced with Office 365-products
- You are business fluent in English, knowledge of German would be a plus
- You are an enrolled Master Student in the area of economics, psychology, social sciences or a major with a focus in organizational development, operational excellence, learning, development or coaching
- In order to combine your University tasks and the Master Thesis project you will be able to work 20 hours/week: this internship position is part-time and limited for 6 months
- Write your Master Thesis with us and build firsthand experience in a dynamic business environment
