Anforderung

  • You bring at least 3 years of experience working in a management consulting firm or a similar environment
  • You have a proven track record of delivering both strategic and operational projects
  • You have knowledge and experience with OKR principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • You have excellent communication and facilitation skills both in German and English
  • You are open to work from our office 2-3 days per week
  • You are a natural problem solver with a strong drive for results, capable of thinking critically, analyzing complex issues, and developing pragmatic solutions
  • You have the ability to identify and independently drive initiatives with only little guidance, considering the context of our organization and business
  • Your outstanding interpersonal skills enable you to engage effectively with stakeholders at every level of the organization, from executive leadership to cross-functional teams and external partners

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • You will own our OKR framework and process and help the management team to cross-functionally align and ensure accountability
  • You will collaborate closely with the CEO and the entire Management team to deploy the company's strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and securing results across the company
  • You will lead and drive cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives to improve SPENDIT’s ways of working to ensure scalability across the company, acting as a liaison between different teams to achieve company-wide objectives
  • You will help foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, driving operational excellence initiatives and promoting best practices across the organization
