Verantwortlichkeiten

  • You will own our OKR framework and process and help the management team to cross-functionally align and ensure accountability
  • You will collaborate closely with the CEO and the entire Management team to deploy the company's strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and securing results across the company
  • You will lead and drive cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives to improve SPENDIT’s ways of working to ensure scalability across the company, acting as a liaison between different teams to achieve company-wide objectives

Marketing Manager

Anforderung

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Du erstellst und optimierst unsere SEA und Onpage Landingpages durch A-B-Testing
  • Du analysierst und optimierst unsere Customer Journey und Conversion Funnels inkl. Testing weiterer Kanäle und Plattformen zusammen mit unserem Analytics Team
  • Du koordinierst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Sales die fortwährende Optimierung unserer Sales Pitches
  • Du pflegst im CMS relevante Webseiteninhalte, optimierst Sie kontinuierlich entlang unserer KPIs und unterstützt bei der Steuerung unserer Webseitenagentur

Finanzbuchhalter

  • Du berichtest direkt an den Director Finance & Operations und bist Sparringspartner zu allen buchhalterischen Fragestellungen
  • Du übernimmst die Finanzbuchhaltung mit „DATEV" und bist verantwortlich für die monatliche Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung sowie der Zusammenfassenden Meldung
  • Du führst die Buchungen der Bank- und Kassenvorgänge durch und bereitest den Zahlungsverkehr des Unternehmens vor
  • Du bereitest Monatsabschlüsse vor und unterstützt bei der Jahresabschlusserstellung
  • Du unterstützt bei der Lohnbuchhaltung in „DATEV LODAS"
  • Beim Forderungsmanagement stehst du den Kolleg:innen beratend zur Seite und unterstützt bei komplexeren Fragestellungen

Anforderung

  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Zahlungsvorgängen
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie in der Anlagen- und Lohnbuchhaltung und bist sicher im Umgang mit „DATEV"
  • Du bist versiert im deutschen Steuerrecht, hast gute Kenntnisse der Bilanzierungs- und Rechnungslegungsvorschriften nach HGB und konntest diese bereits bei der Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen und der Vorbereitung von Jahresabschlüssen anwenden
  • Du bist ausgebildete:r Steuerfachangestellte:r oder verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Finanzbuchhalter:in und/oder in Bilanzbuchhaltung, ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder einen vergleichbaren Background
