Experience with energy or building services modelling packages
Strong collaboration skills
Desire to educate and upskill colleagues
Experience using the Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor tool and comfortable upskilling in new analytics software
Running engagement sessions on net zero to upskill all business functions
Ability to communicate to a wide range of audiences, including technical specialists, investment teams and industry groups
Comfortable and skilled at working with ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced environment

Begleitung der anfallenden Regelleistungen
Regelmäßige Objektrundgänge und deren Dokumentation
Durchführung von Kleinreparaturen, Instandsetzungen
Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft
Anforderung
Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Software-Anwendungen
Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten sowie sehr gute Umgangsformen
Hohes Maß an selbstständigem, ergebnis- und qualitätsorientiertem Arbeiten
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Führerscheinklasse B zwingend erforderlich
