Manager

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Responsible for generating high quality pipeline from our partners within the consulting firms segment to increase overall Mews MRR
  • Strategically identified the right clients to partner with within a given region or segment
  • Pitch negotiate and sign partnerships with partners and manage contracts complexity
  • Ability to foster strong Partner relationships and believing in a process driven culture that creates results
  • Manage report on and organise partner programs including referral payments for these Partners to ensure maximum joint return on investment from the partnerships
  • Identify and establish new relationships within the consulting firms segment across DACH and maintain existing ones to achieve Commercial onboarding and marketing targets
  • Ability to present at all levels including Managing Director
  • Have the skills to recognize and capitalize on opportunities through conversations that can benefit Mews in a mid to long term scale

Anforderung

  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%
  • Fluent German and English are a must; any additional European language is a strong advantage
  • Highly structured and organised with strong attention to detail and clear ownership of follow-through
  • Genuine interest in technology and innovation particularly within hospitality
  • Open to feedback quick to learn and able to adapt fast as priorities evolve

Sales Manager

  • Generate leads through inbound qualification and outbound outreach
  • Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Develop territory & account plans
  • Use storytelling and value selling to successfully pitch Mews to prospects
  • Find ways to achieve success and schedule next steps in every client interaction
  • Earn trust with prospects through honesty and empathy. Be willing to say no
  • Not afraid to ask for commitment and drive urgency to close deals
  • Manage your pipeline, keep your admin on track, and forecast accurately to build a trusted sales organization

Anforderung

  • Previous experience in Hotel/Hostel Sales or Hospitality Software Sales is a nice to have, not a must-have
  • Openness to feedback, quick learning ability, and adaptability to new situations
  • Team player
  • Proven ability to communicate, sell, and close deals at all organizational levels
  • Monthly working from home allowance and a monthly healthcare insurance allowance
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Outgoing and social, ready to communicate effectively across different countries and organizational levels
