Anforderung

  • You completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in business administration, economics, finance, project management, engineering or other relevant fields
  • Furthermore, you have experience with the implementation of change and improvement projects and with relevant project management tools
  • You are a team player but also have the ability to work independently and enjoy working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
  • You have at least 5 years working experience as project/program/portfolio management expert or practical experience as a project manager in a complex, multidisciplinary environment
  • You are a strong communicator in English and German and have the ability to convince your colleagues to follow your guidance and recommendations
  • both among ourselves and in our customer projects. Distinctive spirit, appreciation and communication at eye level define our actions
  • With your can-do mentality with focus on incremental improvements and vision for the target picture, you have the ability to guide, coach and advise the different organizational levels to effectively change and improve the project management approach and relevant processes
