  • Install and configure software and hardware. Manage network servers and technology tools
  • Set up accounts and workstations
  • Hybrid work model with readiness to travel to on-site locations
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
  • Upgrade systems with new releases and models
  • Evaluate new technologies and partners that can optimized or simplify operational processes

Anforderung

  • Strong cross-functional working and excellent communication skills
  • Experience with databases, networks and patch management
  • Highest level of autonomy and entrepreneurship
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
  • Fluent English and minimum B2 German
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Ability to create scripts in Shell, Python, Perl and/or other languages
  • Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
