  • You lead our growing international “Buyer Rangers” team
  • Together with your team, you promote CheMondis as the #1 trading platform for buyers within the chemical industry
  • You champion customer service and CRM and assure a state-of-the-art verification and onboarding process for all marketplace participants
  • You participate in conferences, trade fairs, and relevant industry events to develop our business network
  • You serve as a trusted advisor to our strategic buyer-side customers for the end-to-end sales process, building strong relationships and keeping CheMondis on their radar to convert them into returning customers

Anforderung

  • Profound experience in Customer Support/Service/Success roles, preferably in the SaaS or Chemical industry
  • Experience in leading a diverse, international team
  • Strong active listening skills and customer focus combined with a high level of solution orientation
  • The ability and drive to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent English skills; another European Language is a plus

Junior Manager

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • This role serves as the primary point of contact for applicants during the recruitment process, handling all correspondence and scheduling interviews
  • Responsibility for the administrative onboarding process for new colleagues
