- You are the first point of contact for our customers and provide advice on their requests regarding their bookings, complaints, and invoices
- Respond promptly and kindly to customer inquiries via phone and email
- In doing so, your main task is to assist our business and customers on the phone and via email in using the online booking systems, to make flight bookings, offer our customers a full-service package and find a solution for any problems
- Working in global distribution system Travelport Galileo
- Communicating with third-party providers and consolidators to solve customers' inquiries related to air tickets
- Monitoring daily bookings and payments in multiple reservation systems
- Checking the accuracy of the content on our OTA website
Anforderung
- Travelport Galileo certificate
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong command of the English language and excellent verbal and written communication skills
