  • Eigenständige und termingerechte Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung mit DATEV Lohn- und Gehalt inklusive aller damit verbundenen Folgeaktivitäten
  • Verwaltung der Personalstammdaten in DATEV
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeiter bei abrechnungsrelevanten Fragen
  • Betreuung des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens sowie Durchführung des Jahresabschlusses in der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern und externen Prüfern
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Bestimmungen und Vorgaben
  • Unterstützung und Betreuung von Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen
  • Klärung von Konten mit der Finanzbuchhaltung

  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Hard-, Cloud- und Software-Infrastruktur in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen
  • Entgegennahme und Bewertung von technischen Anfragen über das Helpdesk-System
  • Ständige Analyse der technischen IT-Anforderungen und Herausforderungen unseres Unternehmens
  • Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung von technischen Lösungskonzepten und Softwarelösungen
  • Pflege der Anwendungs- und Systemdokumentation
