Development
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Attend design reviews & fit sessions, taking notes and communicating comments to factories
- Measure Development & Production Samples against the connected measurement charts
- Assist/produce clear and detailed technical specifications and prepare technical packs for factories
- Communicating approvals of lab dips, fabric & test reports
- Maintain office administration procedures and systems ie. uploading specs, reports and the critical path etc
- Assist with analysing returns/faulty product to identify generic and specific quality issues and apply lessons learned
- Assist with Research – design/trend, fabric & trims
- Monitor samples through the development process using the critical path to ensure that they meet deadline dates, are to a high-quality standard and meet all required specifications
Anforderung
- Ideal applicant will have fashion or garment related degree or similar study
- Well organised, attentive to the detail with confident interpersonal/communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and work to key deadlines
- Eager to learn and develop in the role, and who will thrive given responsibility
- A problem solver who can work independently, and as part of the Product team
- Fluent in English other languages are a plus
- Good understanding of pattern cutting & garment construction, to ensure standards are matched to Les Lunes specification through liaison with factory and colleagues
