Strong technical expertise in hosting platforms, cloud services, and virtualization technologies
Familiarity with security standards, GxP compliance, and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong problem-solving abilities; project management experience is a plus
Fluent in English
Experience as an ISO/IEC 27001 auditor is an advantage

Technical / hands-on background expertise in ServiceNow
In-depth knowledge of the architecture, products, and modules of ServiceNow (e.g
Platform, AppEngine, HRSD, and others) and licensing e.g
knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine, ServiceNow Employee Centre, building workflows and processes, capturing input by forms, modeling & storing data, using interfaces, a ServiceNow certification is beneficial
Excellent presentation and communication skills in English , additional German language skills are an asset; proficiency with office software
Experience with project management methodologies , certification is beneficial, and in engineering, structuring and documentation of requirements
Strong vendor management and business stakeholder management expertise, as well as advanced reporting skills
