Anforderung

  • You have a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology or similar
  • You have professional experience within recruiting and/or active sourcing as well as skills in running behavioural and competency based interviews
  • You are familiar with common sourcing tools like LinkedIn and eager to learn about new HR trends and innovations
  • You bring strong communication and relationship building skills, ability to excite and inspire people
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • A central location: very good public transport connection, free parking and charging points for e-vehicles
  • Working from abroad: up to 20 days in the European economic area
  • You have a pleasure in dealing with people, enthusiasm in the search for talents and fun in communication in an international environment
