  • Du planst und konzipierst die Kommunikationsmaßnahmen für die Marke sowie Produkte und setzt diese kanalübergreifend um
  • Mit deinem hohen Gespür für Trends entwickelst du gemeinsam mit dem Produktteam innovative Konzepte, die den Markt revolutionieren
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Umsetzung der Marketingmaßnahmen, u.a. mit Hilfe von externen Agenturen/Freelancern

  • Analyze the current product portfolio and identify strategic gaps
  • Drive product development and optimization, including creating variations in packaging, formulations, claims, and layout suggestions while considering benchmarking and legal requirements
  • Simplify complex product details into benefits for our customers
  • Diligently monitor and analyze market trends to gain better product positioning
  • Create marketing strategies inclusive of pricing, advertising and launching of our products

Anforderung

  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English. Communication skills in Polish is a plus
  • An eye for detail and well versed with data along with a creative mindset
  • Background in design and copywriting is a plus
  • Proficient with MS Office and demonstrated expertise in retail and shopper behavior
