  • Strong academic foundation with a track record of analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Previous experience in finance, accounting, or operations is a plus
  • This internship must be part of your university program or eligible for academic credit, in line with local internship regulations
  • Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in German is a plus
  • Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is great but not required
  • Fluency in English is a must, German or French are nice to have

  • End-to-End Recruiting: Manage an entire recruitment process, from writing job descriptions, and conducting interviews, to making an offer

Development

Anforderung

  • Strong academic performance
  • About to graduate from a university in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a similar field
  • You are available to start the program in 2025 and can commit to the full 18-month duration
  • Passion for sales and business development, with a desire to build relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Previous experience in sales, consulting, or in a start-up environment is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales or business development is highly desired
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • C1/C2 proficiency in German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch is a plus

Business Analyst

Anforderung

Manager

Anforderung

  • Knowledge of programming languages
  • Previous experience in a fast paced environment
  • Able to complete a 6-month mandatory internship as part of your university program
  • Innovative product that is disrupting the consulting industry and solving a critical market need
  • Willing to work onsite at our Berlin office
  • Communicate → Keep stakeholders and end users up to date with the latest releases
  • Strong communication skills: clear, concise, confident and fluent in English
