Ph.D. or Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, or a related field
Proficiency in analyzing high-dimensional data, including metabolomics, proteomics, RNAseq, and TCRseq
Hands-on experience with relevant bioinformatics tools and software
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
Proficiency with high-performance computing environments and cloud platforms
Deep understanding of statistical and machine learning methods for biological data analysis
Experience with pathway and network analysis
Familiarity with public databases and resources and experience identifying, curating and integrating relevant datasets thereof

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Bioinformatician to lead the analysis and interpretation of multi-omics datasets, including metabolomics, proteomics, single-cell and bulk RNA sequencing , spatial transcriptomics, and T-cell receptor sequencing
The successful candidate will play a critical role in uncovering biological insights from complex datasets to drive research and development in drug discovery
