Verantwortlichkeiten
- As part of our performance marketing team, you will be managing our international SEA campaigns, especially on Google, Bing and Criteo
- You identify suitable influencers for our brand, negotiate the conditions for the cooperation and take over the briefing
- You manage budgets for your campaigns, as well as controlling and reporting
- You support the team in the handling of cooperations
- You will develop promos within the framework of our annual planning and be responsible for the smooth implementation
- You contribute to further developing the relationship between cooperation partners and BEARS WITH BENEFITS and maintain the relationship with existing partners
- Together with the team, you will be responsible for proactively optimising the efficiency of the campaigns, taking into account measurable KPIs
- You actively support a young and fast-growing startup
Anforderung
- Ideally, you already have internship experience in search engine marketing, on the corporate or agency side
- You have completed your studies in marketing, communications or similar, ideally you have first working experience
- You speak fluent Italian and either English or German
- You speak fluent Dutch and either English or German
- You are an absolute team player and work very precisely
- You are passionate about beauty topics and are an active user of social media platforms in your private life
- You can guide graphic designers and also like to create your own, e.g. with Canva
- You are bubbling over with creative ideas, which you can bring to the design of our social media campaigns
