Engineering Manager

Anforderung

  • Ideally bachelor’s degree in engineering, Aeronautics or similar with highly developed analytical skills
  • Several years of work experience in the aeronautic environment would be an advantage
  • Expertise in the aviation industry as well as good knowledge of aeronautical rules
  • Knowledge in Part 145 and / or Part M is of advantage
  • Valid work permit for Germany
  • Communications skills, relationship management skills, ability to convince, an independent way of working and an international mind set
  • High flexibility as well as strong empowerment of the employees with a flat hierarchy
  • German language classes in the evenings
