- Analyze the risk to establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action
- Coordinate management and technical decisions as well as the communication with the customer
- Management of subcontractors
- Definition of roles in the team to ensure the correct performance of the activities
- Centralize all information in order to make it more fluid and then facilitate exchanges between all stakeholders
- Plan, organize and coordinate all work in the projects to ensure the project timelines and quality of deliverables according to the process defined in the company and by the customer
- Develop a budget in collaboration with the management, optimize and monitor it during the whole process of the project

- Hard-Skills Good experience in the aeronautic sector - especially Airframe design, cabin, structures Knowledge of aircraft lifecycle management Ability to work under pressure Fluent German and English
