Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Du bearbeitest buchhaltungsspezifische Kundenanfragen im SAP-Umfeld und sorgst für eine serviceorientierte Falllösung
  • Du analysierst Kundenprobleme systematisch, stellst gezielte Rückfragen und identifizierst fehlende Informationen
  • Du bildest Problemstellungen eigenständig in unserer internen SAP-Testumgebung nach, arbeitest dabei eng mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen zusammen und entwickelst tragfähige Lösungsvorschläge
  • Du unterstützt aktiv bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung interner Prozesse sowie bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Wissensdatenbanken zu bekannten Fehlerbildern
  • Du überzeugst durch einen kreativen, lösungsorientierten Arbeitsstil und bringst eigene Ideen zur Optimierung von Abläufen ein

Anforderung
