Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science
Extensive experience in international HR within corporate environments or consultancy
Preferably held roles involving international project management
Demonstrates a service- and solution-oriented mindset
Effective collaboration with diverse teams across departments, businesses, and territories
Proactive and adept at working independently
Handles confidential and sensitive information in accordance with data protection laws and company policies
Outstanding command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in German and/or French is advantageous
