- Lead your team alongside the store manager and hold a leadership position in their absence
- Drive strategic growth through careful analysis of product and consumer trends
- Provide an outstanding and unforgettable client experience
- Build long-term relationships with our clientele by leveraging our tools to foster brand loyalty
- Assist with special requests and perform repairs in coordination with our client care department
- Provide support to ensure store operations are carried out efficiently. At RIMOWA our assistant store managers support the store managers with task delegation, cashiering, personal management and inventory management
- Whether they are long-time RIMOWA brand ambassadors or are discovering our products for the first time, ensuring that our clients embark on their own personal RIMOWA journey is our top priority
