- Collect, analyze, structure, improve or design both functional and non functional requirements
- Prioritize & manage requirements implementation
- Analyze and validate data or KPIs to guide transformation and change
- Work closely with other Business Process Managers to align business process improvement and Planning & analytics/data strategy
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver digital solutions
- Take charge in managing projects to achieve success with designated resources, time and budget with internal and external solution providers
- Drive Puma retail planning & analytics/data initiatives, rollout and communication to different business units & markets
- Several years of experience in similar function with proven record of successful digital solutions delivery
