- Higher education degree in Business or Finance, ideally with an internationally recognised certificate in Programme and/or Project Management
- Solid communication/presentation and interpersonal skills
- At least five years’ previous senior level experience working on regulatory/change or implementation projects of either within a leading financial institution or consulting firm
