Anforderung
- You are equipped with strong interpersonal skills: diplomacy, eloquence, enthusiasm, and commercial flair
- You have communication skills in German and English
- Ability to assess/analyse operational risks in a fast paced and dynamic working environment from the perspective of both service reliability and safety
- Knowledge of power distribution and delivery architecture and equipment including transformers, generators, UPS and batteries
- You have an ITIL certification
- You will complete onboarding et training to be able to pitch OVHcloud’s solution
- You will become a CSM Referent to at least one Sales’ cluster
- You have a curious mind and be comfortable with financial concepts, numerous communication and CRM too
