Anforderung
- Hold a degree in Law, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years proven HR Generalist experience in an international environment
- Experience in working on Employee Mobility programs
- Hands-on experience of managing payroll operations in multiple countries via third party payroll service provider
- Profound knowledge of labour law regulations as well as good knowledge in tax and social insurance regulations
- Good knowledge in maintaining HRIS systems as an HR administrator
- Experience in change management and ability to lead initiatives or programs across multiple departments
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
