  • be trained as an IT specialist, hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, or have an equivalent qualification
  • have good communication skills in English
  • have knowledge of the Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, including installation, security, and maintenance for these systems
  • have experience with troubleshooting and customer support
  • have knowledge of networking technologies, Active Directory, and central administration systems, such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager , Jamf, etc
