Applicants should
be trained as an IT specialist, hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, or have an equivalent qualification
have good communication skills in English
have knowledge of the Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, including installation, security, and maintenance for these systems
have experience with troubleshooting and customer support
have knowledge of networking technologies, Active Directory, and central administration systems, such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager , Jamf, etc
