- Foster and maintain direct relationships with key customers, acting as their primary contact point
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal development teams, effectively communicating project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Educate clients on Denuvo's security processes, workflows, and technical requirements via email, Slack, video calls, and other communication channels
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects are executed efficiently
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Stay updated on industry trends, gaming developments, and competitor activities to better serve our clients
Anforderung
- Great communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Passion for video games and understanding of gaming industry trends
- Dynamic and collaborative work environment within the gaming industry
- An international and multicultural environment where diversity and inclusivity are celebrated and embraced
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Confluence and Jira is a plus, but not required
- Technical understanding of software development processes preferred but not required
