Verantwortlichkeiten
- Create and Manage Procurement Plans for designated Products/Services
- Coordinate Regional Procurement Plans in coordination with the responsible subsidiaries
- Support Procurement Strategy implementation in cooperation with the Department Manager
- Support Implementation of Regional Procurement Standards and Processes
- Execute procurement strategies for air freight and sea freight forwarding services in line with the company's objectives and requirements
- Identify, evaluate and on-board new suppliers, negotiating favorable rates, contracts, and service level agreements
- Contract management and drafting
- Regular vendor evaluations & KPI Management Support
Anforderung
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or relevant work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, specifically in freight forwarding
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to implement and coordinate projects effectively
- Good knowledge about logistics market/field and procurement process
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Knowledge of operational finished vehicle logistics aspects along the supply chain is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently and deliver results under pressure
