  • Unterstützung unserer Nutzer*innen bei der Erstellung ihrer Steuererklärung mit unserer App
  • Multichannel-Kundensupport
  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung und Verbesserung von Arbeitsabläufen und der Weiterentwicklung der allgemeinen Wissensdatenbank
  • Die Bedürfnisse der Kund*innen verstehen, analysieren und daraus mögliche Lösungen entwickeln, von denen auch das Team profitiert
  • Erfassen und Bewerten von Nutzer*innen-Feedback, um dabei zu helfen, die App ständig zu verbessern
  • Die Gelegenheit, sich saisonal an Projektarbeiten zu beteiligen und somit zum Erfolg unseres Department beizutragen

Anforderung

  • Du bist kundenorientiert und hast eine Leidenschaft für exzellenten Kundenservice
  • Du kannst Kundenkommunikation auf Qualität und Inhalt prüfen
  • Du verfügst über eine problemlösungs- und prozessorientierte Denkweise
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Google Workspace und CRM-Systemen, Erfahrung mit Zendesk ist ein Plus
  • Steuerliches Vorwissen ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Du hast idealerweise schon erste Erfahrung darin, großartigen Kundenservice anzubieten, sei es für Privatkunden oder für Firmenkunden. Erfahrung in Gastronomie oder Verkauf ist ebenfalls willkommen

  • Tech Enthusiast: Deep interest and knowledge of tech topics, including tracking, marketing automation tools, and scripts

  • Several years of practical experience as a financial accountant
  • A successfully completed bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting and management principles and accounts payable procedures
  • Proficiency with business solutions and bookkeeping software is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment where a high level of accuracy and problem-solving skills matter
  • Commitment to ethical behaviour with a willingness to adhere to the company policies
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
