IT Projekt Manager
Verantwortlichkeiten
Übersetzung der Strategie in klare Projektziele, Umfang, Zeitpläne, Budgets und erwartete Vorteile
Entwicklung integrierter Roadmaps mit klaren Abhängigkeiten und Ressourcenplanung
Koordinierung bereichsübergreifender Teams und Überwachung des Projektfortschritts
Durchführung von Projekten unter Einsatz agiler, klassischer oder hybrider Methoden
Steuerung von Risiken, Annahmen, Problemen und Abhängigkeiten sowie Monitoring der Leistung externer Partner
Leitung des Change-Management-Prozesses und Durchführung von Schulungen zur Sicherstellung von Akzeptanz und Nutzen
Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Management-Updates und Dashboards für die Geschäftsführung
Definition und Nachverfolgung von KPIs sowie Bereitstellung relevanter Informationen für alle Stakeholder
Anforderung
Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
Nachweisliche Erfahrung mit agilen, klassischen und hybriden Projektmanagementmethoden, vorhandene Zertifizierungen sind hilfreich
Kommunikationsstärke, Eigenverantwortung und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen parallel zu steuern, Teamorientierung, Hands-on-Mentalität und ein selbstständiger, strukturierter Arbeitsstil
Souveränes Stakeholder-Management, starkes Verhandlungsgeschick und fundierte Erfahrung im Lieferanten- und Dienstleistermanagement
3+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Umsetzung komplexer IT-Programme oder -Projekte

Anforderung
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong project management skills with certification preferred
Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, IoT platforms, or manufacturing digitization projects in manufacturing industry
Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites and work directly on production floors
Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and industrial technologies
IMPORTANT NOTE: A valid permanent working permit for EU is required. Orientation year visa / Sponsorship visa are not sufficient to progress in the recruitment process
Location: Düsseldorf with regular travel to production facilities
