Verantwortlichkeiten

  • You will own, manage and improve our existing design system while balancing high quality and a high speed of execution
  • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the user experience of our product. Your core task will be designing and delivering high-quality product designs that meet user needs, business goals, and brand standards
  • You will work in cross-functional teams with Product Management, Engineering and Research. Our process includes truly cross-functional collaboration, already starting in the early phases of the design process
  • You will create production-ready designs for web and mobile. Fostering high-quality standards and a customer-centric approach, you will ensure that the same quality is delivered to our customers
  • You will collaborate with our researcher, translating insights into actions that improve our user experience. You will drive UX improvements from idea to release
  • We want to enable the construction industry to deliver even their most complex projects with ease. By providing an intuitive, collaborative and data-driven scheduling tool we make staying in time fun
  • You will develop a deep understanding of the construction domain and our customers’ requirements. Along with other product roles, you are a go-to person to learn more about our users’ pains and needs
  • You will support building our product strategy and roadmap, always incorporating a customer-focused point of view on our product and where it’s headed

Anforderung

  • a German level of at least C1 is required
  • You are able to clearly communicate design ideas, decision rationale, and product vision
  • You speak German and enjoy speaking English in your working environment
  • A world where construction is fast, efficient and collaborative
  • You are proactive and comfortable working autonomously in a hybrid environment
