Anforderung
- Master’s degree in business administration, economics, energy management, law, international business or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience with business development, project management and stakeholder management
- Proven experience in a similar position in the energy industry is considered a strong plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with keen attention to detail while maintaining a professional and mature approach
- Skilled in setting up and optimizing workflows, embracing technology, and possessing a genuine eagerness to learn
- Confidence in negotiations and quick decision-making under stress, and responsibility with time management
- Passionate about learning new skills and taking on challenges
- Fluent in English is required; German is considered a plus
Verantwortlichkeiten
- We are committed to providing you with an in-depth introduction to Convex Energy, your team, and your daily workflows
- You will undergo a comprehensive onboarding process, that empowers you to deliver operationally excellent work with confidence and autonomy
- Manage and optimize product and user administration, including trader access levels on energy exchanges and other market access platforms
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Convex, including the Trading, Legal, Operations, Finance, Risk and IT departments
- As our Market Access Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our global market access strategy, ensuring seamless market entry and directly contributing to our growth and success
- Continuously analyze external reporting and compliance requirements for every market in which Convex is active
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers at various energy trading exchanges and market platforms
- Develop a comprehensive overview and continuously execute all necessary tasks to ensure Convex maintains a strong presence in existing energy trading markets
