Home-Office: Home-Office 100%, Permanent employee, Full or part-time· HamburgOpportunity to join our international Clearlight Saunas Team!We are looking for an experienced Management Assistant/Office Manager to join our small team in Hamburg, working collaboratively with our wonderful international teams across the UK and Australia.Based in our beautiful, light-filled Hamburg office on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday .Immediate start.The role:The MA/OM plays an integral role in supporting the EUK division of Clearlight Saunas International, You will work with the CEOs in Germany, as well as offering ad hoc support to the COO in Australia, to ensure Clearlight Europe, UK, Australia & New Zealand are aligned and compliant by providing administrative, legal and office management support.You will also work closely with the Global HR Manager to support the EUK team on the ground, recruiting and onboarding new team members, providing the equipment, systems, resources and help, You will be a Clearlight Values Ambassador, supporting the senior management team in promoting Clearlight's values through our organisation and culture.With a motivated, positive and professional customer service 'can-do' attitude you will liaise with staff and external third parties to ensure smooth day to day office operations, creating a productive and welcoming team environment and culture.The role requires the need to maintain diplomacy when handling sensitive information or confidential data along with strong communication skills, initiative and discretion.Other responsibilities include organisation of team activities, purchasing supplies off-site and assisting with ad hoc special projects
