Verantwortlichkeiten
- Actively promote the specialty portfolio generating and converting new sales opportunities
- Prospect and develop new customers
- Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions that meet their specific requirements
- Provide technical and commercial services to our customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent post sales servcies and back up
- Contribute with the Business Development Team in the design and development of new products and services
- Contribute in building the regional promotion strategy of specialty portfolio
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends in the cosmetic industry, using this knowledge to inform product development and commercialization strategies
Anforderung
- Bachelor or Master in Chemistry, Biology or related field
- Strong technical background to support cutomers and the personal care sales force
- Excellent knowledge of the European personal care market and regional key customers
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and stakeholders
- Self driven and working independently
- Willingness to travel approx. 50%, primarily to customer sites and industry events in DACH
- Fluent in German and English
