Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Eigenverantwortliches Gebietsmanagement unter Berücksichtigung der Zielvorgaben des Unternehmens und selbstständige Zielverfolgung
  • Beibehaltung sowie den Aufbau langfristiger und erfolgreicher Beziehungen deiner Kunden im LEH
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Entscheidern des Handels wie Marktleiter/innen, Abteilungsleiter/innen oder Geschäftsinhabern/innen
  • Optimale Platzierung und Distribution unserer Produkte, in den von Dir betreuten Filialen
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung und Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebs- und Marketingteams
  • Optimale Besuchsvorbereitung,- planung und- durchführung

Anforderung

  • Gutes Verhandlungsgeschick, analytisches Denken sowie Durchsetzungsstärke gehören zu deiner kommunikativen und enthusiastischen Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kontaktfreudigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
  • Idealerweise hast Du eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium sowie mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel oder im Außendienst eines Markenartikelherstellers

Anforderung

  • University degree, e.g. in Business Administration, or a comparable education
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in Key Account Management Food Service in a FMCG company
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Great communication and negotiation skills in German and English
  • High level of autonomy, proactivity and engagement as well as being a team player
  • Demonstration of ownership, showing curiosity and creativity, while building strong and trustful relationships
