- Education in a technical or commercial field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong solution-oriented mindset with solid technical understanding
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to explain complex tech to varied audiences
- High degree of self-motivation, structured work style, and ability to work independently
- Fluent German and at least good English
- Willingness to travel across Eastern Germany; Class B driving license required
- Several years of experience with digital and analog audio products, such as PA systems, mixing desks, microphones, audio networks, and live production gear
