Verantwortlichkeiten

  • You will be responsible for independently managing and advising the content and operations of a client in the FMCG sector
  • Together with a diverse team, you will design and successfully implement unique events and communication projects from small to large
  • You manage teams of different sizes and actively drive things forward
  • You draft presentations, offers and cost calculations, manage budget planning for ongoing projects and create final reports and evaluations
  • You create pitch documents and presentations of the developed concepts for clients
  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who inspires consumers and designs and supports holistic communication projects in digital, hybrid or analog in collaboration with various cross-functional teams
  • You are the first point of contact to the customer as well as to internal and external stakeholders and are responsible for managing all trades, suppliers and external partners
  • You have an overview of the individual project requirements, milestones and goals, ensure smooth communication and keep an eye on all timings at all times

Anforderung

  • You are a project manager by heart with experience in managing cross-team projects
  • You have an apprenticeship in the field of communication, marketing, event management or similar
  • You are communicative, positive, have a confident and winning manner and a high degree of independence and initiative
  • You keep a cool head, even under high time pressure and have a high degree of initiative and teamwork skills
  • You are fluent in German and have a good command of English and are confident with MS Office programs
  • You are outgoing and professional, have a talent for communication and organization and always strive for project success in a solution- and customer-oriented manner
  • You have several years of professional experience in marketing, event and project management or other communication areas as well as personnel responsibility for at least 3-4 employees
