- Responsibility for the continuous Agile improvement process through individual and team coaching
- work closely with the agile chapter consisting of several agile coaches and scrum masters
- Responsibility for the agile process, compliance with the rules and removal of obstacles in the implementation of agile methods
- Conducting Agile trainings for the onboarding of newly assembled teams and also on the client site
- Accompanying and initiating the process of decision-making about the use of agile methods in the team and their implementation
Anforderung
- Previous experience as coach, trainer and moderator is a plus
- Fluent knowledge of both English and German language
- You have a deep understanding of communication, Group dynamics and coaching in combination with the ability to work in a team
- Good communication skills and Good knowledge of software development
- Good knowledge of management 3.0 concepts
- Initiative and hands-on mentality
- You take deep interest in the agile manifesto and exemplify the agile values
