Technical Project Manager

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Ensuring the success of complex, national and international IT and telecommunication projects from requirements analysis to system deployment
  • Planning, organization, implementation, controlling and documentation of customer projects with international project teams
  • Creation and monitoring of project budgets
  • Leading regular project meetings with all involved departments and stakeholders
  • Gathering technical information for installations and enhancements
  • Responsiblity for the roll-out of the Telio products and solutions
  • On-site visits and technical assessment of the implemented measures
  • Coordination and control of external companies

Anforderung

  • A successfully completed university degree or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in project management
  • Desire to act in international project management and experience in the IT environment, ideally in network, telecommunication and hardware
  • Teamplayer, agile and solution-oriented thinking and acting and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility for working in an international environment
  • High willingness to learn, a self-reliant way of working and assertiveness
  • Efficient work organisation and time management
  • Very good knowledge of English and German, further language skills such as French, Hungarian or Dutch are an advantage

Junior Project Manager

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Supporting the Project Management department in the organization, planning, budgeting and execution of the projects
  • Supporting the project managers and the IT Delivery Managers in the creation and updating of project documentation in Jira
  • Preparation of weekly management summaries on the projects based on updates from each team member and the weekly team meeting
  • Preparation of presentations, evaluations and protocols
  • Independently participate in and take over small projects
  • Supporting the team in day-to-day business and in the handling of general administrative tasks

  • Du erstellst Plan-Ist-Vergleiche, führst Abweichungsanalysen durch und kontrollierst die Kosten

Anforderung
