- Strong time management and prioritization skills, close communication with Production and Direction
- experience with Scrum
- Proficiencies in Unity, Blender and Clip Studio Paint are a plus. Basic skills in these applications will be required
- ability to draw 2D frame by frame animation is a BIG plus
- Strong ideation, brainstorming and documentation skills
- Create large detailed character illustrations, with expressive faces, a solid hand for anatomy, a sense for clothing and flair
