- You have prior experience in customer-facing roles, ideally but not necessarily in the insurance or healthcare industry
- You are a professional and empathetic communicator, a genuine and active listener, and confidently lead conversations with different stakeholders
- You never give up and persistently follow-up to get all the information you need
- You are very structured, analytical, and comfortably make decisions even under ambiguity
- You are extremely diligent in your work and pay a lot of attention to detail
- You are a true team-player, comfortably ask others for help and readily offer your support wherever it is needed
- You are perfectly fluent in English and you ideally speak either French, German or Arabic comfortably- or even both
