- Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with engineers and management alike
- Experience in working with SQL
- Proven leadership capabilities, people management experience and ability to drive issues to closure
- Exposure to Automotive domain will be added advantage
- Experience in working with test and project management tools like Xray and Jira
- Mandatory exposure to SAFeand DevOps
- Has a very good knowledge / experience of the Software Test life cycle, Defect management, Configuration management and release management processes
