- Manage the Project Management team, acting as the point of contact
- Maintain oversight of current and future projects, report to the Managing Director
- Identify and implement process improvement for project delivery
- Select, monitor and manage external service providers and internal fitters
- Build relationships with external service providers
- Review and optimize related project management processes
- Communicate/interface with head of sales, head of warehouse, head of operations and head of on site construction
- Develop project plans, sketches, construction timelines and schedules for more complex projects, ensuring timelines are adhered to and customer service is at the fore
Anforderung
- Experience operating in a similar position, within Project Management
- Proven experience simultaneously managing a team and projects
- You communicate proactively with customer representatives on site and liaise with external service providers
- You are reliable, ready for action and used a structured working style
- You speak and write German
