Facility Manager

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Planung und Leitung von Facility- und Utility-Projekten am Betriebsstandort
  • Layout- und Versorgungsplanung und -optimierung für neue Anlagen und Maschinen
  • Planung und Durchführung eines Jahresbudgets und kontinuierliche Kostenoptimierung unter Einhaltung der Vorgaben für den Verantwortungsbereich
  • Managementverantwortung in den Bereichen betriebliche Infrastruktur, Wertstoffentsorgung, Standortsicherung, Gebäude- und Grundstücksinstandhaltung sowie Winterdienst
  • Projektmanagementverantwortung im Bereich betrieblicher Infrastrukturänderungen sowie Beauftragung und Überwachung externer Infrastrukturdienstleister
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der technischen und rechtlichen Vorschriften im Bereich des Facility Managements

Anforderung

  • Verfahrensingenieur / Verfahrenstechniker oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Mehr als 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Routineinstandhaltung
  • Erfahrung mit Arbeiten im Zusammenhang mit Neukonstruktionen
  • Fähigkeit zur Überprüfung von Plänen, Reparaturhandbüchern, Angeboten, technischen Anforderungen oder Ersatzteilkatalogen
  • Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von technischen Anlagen und Umweltanlagen, idealerweise in der Chemiebranche
  • Experience in work related to new constructions

  • Fluent in business English, German a plus

Junior Manager

Anforderung

  • Very good business fluency in English and German at native speaker level
  • excellent assertiveness, moderation and communication skills

  • Excellent user knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as well as a class B driving license

Maintenance Manager
