  • Gemeinsame Entwicklung Recruiting Konzept mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Durchführung des Recruitings
  • Durchführung von Onboarding-Workshops mit neuen Mitarbeitern
  • Aufbau und Ausbau Recruiting und Social Media Accounts
  • Abstimmung der Recruiting-Maßnahmen mit anderen Recruiting-Mitarbeitern und Dispatchern
  • Tour-Überwachung
  • Anrufe von Fahrern und Weiterleitung von Notfällen zu den entsprechenden Abteilungen
  • Kontakt zu allen Fahrern, um Probleme mit Touren zu klären
  • Einweisung, Einsatz und Planung von Touren und Mitarbeitern
  • Allgemeines Qualitätsmanagement
  • Pflege und Aufbereitung von Daten
  • Du arbeitest sehr eng mit dem Management in Berlin zusammen
