Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Steuerung der Abteilung Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Verantwortung für die korrekte, termingerechte buchhalterische Abbildung der Geschäftsvorfälleeinzelner Unternehmen
  • Erstellung von Einzelabschluss und Konsolidierung von Konzerngesellschaften für Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse im In- und Ausland
  • Implementierung und Optimierung von Accounting Prozessen und Systemen
  • Erstellung/ Prüfung von Steuererklärungen
  • Bearbeitung von Sonderthemen wie Verschmelzungen, Liquidationen,Unternehmenserwerb-/verkauf

  • Mitwirkung an Due Dilligence Prüfungen

Anforderung

  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrungen im Projektgeschäft von Vorteil aber nicht zwingend
  • Teamfähigkeit

  • As a financial controller you handle accounting related tasks for a company, keeps and analyzes financial data as well as controlling our Renewable Energies Projects with an expertise to Investments, corporate governance, bank relationships

Anforderung

  • Fluent English
  • Proficient MS Office skills and accounting software
  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information

IT Administrator

Anforderung

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune , preferably also knowledge of the Apple environment
  • You work independently, in a structured manner and have strong organisational skills
  • You are service-orientated, a team player and proactively approach users
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
