Anforderung
- Degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/controlling or a comparable commercial qualification with further training as a certified accountant
- At least 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting and/or controlling
- Solid knowledge of German GAAP , ideally experience with ERP systems
- Fluent speaking and writing German and English language skills
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and drive
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Preparation of monthly VAT-filings and review of yearly tax declarations
- Further development of controlling processes and key performance indicator systems
- With exposure to both German and international operations, you'll gain valuable insight into the financial workings of a forward-thinking real estate development business—while enjoying a collaborative team environment, flat hierarchies, and room to grow
- Acting as a point of contact for auditors, tax consultants, and external service providers
