- Experience as a Technical Artist in the video game industry, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in art optimization/shader development/tool creation
- Portfolio demonstrating artistic and conceptual skills
- Strong understanding of fundamental art principles such as composition, perspective, color theory and lighting
- Solid understanding of real-time rendering techniques, lighting principles, and shader programming
- Proficiency in digital art softwares
- Experience with Unreal Engine
- Passion for racing games and a deep appreciation for automotive design, including familiarity with different vehicle types, brands and racing disciplines
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to art and graphics rendering
